Job Responsibility : Zonal MIS Reporting. Designing the format and data extracting processes for MIS &reporting on Business KPI. Variance analysis of business parameters to know the health of business. Develop reports for pre/post launch of products or services to understand the movement of success parameters Support the Sales team for managing the life cycle as well as track and report on performance of products/services. Developing a Standardized format Tracker for processes for effective monitoring & day to day monitoring as well as Circle reviews.  Generating Gross Tracker on Daily Basis.  Activating Outlets & Transacting Outlets. Revenue Report (RC Primary & EC Secondary).  Tertiary (Retailer, Distributor, TSM, RTM & ZSM wise) Report. Weekly Distributor, TSM, RTM & ZSM Wise LMTD & MTD Comparison Report. BTS wise Report Ward & Fringe wise (Gross Adds, Transacting Outlets & Tertiary)  Every Quarterly TSM & ZSM wise SIP Tgt & Ach Updating SOGA & SONA Report Ward & Fringe wise monthly basis  Internal Contest communication monthly  Follow up on action points with concerned people & ensuring Closure. Projects Initiated by Zone – LRLU Sales Members SIP updated Monthly. SCM Management / Allocation of SIM's. Special Zonal Project. Performance Updates to Channels, TSM, CSM (Service) and CSD. Admin works for Zone.
