He has served on the Board of Directors for Yellowstone Park Foundation (Bozeman, Montana), Greenwich Emergency Medical Services (Greenwich, CT), and in 2009 founded the Greenwich Young Professionals Group, a nonprofit that helps men and women in their 30s and 40s create social, business, and community opportunities. Jim earned degrees from Middlebury College, Vermont, and the University of Vienna, Austria, and was a commissioned officer in the U.S. Army.
