Litigate cases involving commercial contracts, landlord/tenant, ERISA plans, unemployment compensation benefits, Social Security Act benefits, and personal injury claims including those involving products liability, motor vehicle accidents and medical malpractice.

Instruct students in business associations, legal writing, legal research, and introduction to legal principles.

Represented the Commonwealth as lead counsel in all facets of prosecution of misdemeanor and felony crimes, involving an average caseload of 100 active files, approximately 15 jury trials and achieving over 400 dispositions, excluding those involving ARD applications. Lead counsel in several appeals to the Pennsylvania Superior Court, Pennsylvania Supreme Court, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, including post conviction collateral relief petitions and federal habeas corpus petitions. Also lead counsel on several civil forfeiture actions.

Assisted partners in drafting pleadings and discovery documentation; attending hearings; and researching and briefing issues in various areas of law.

Consulted New York-, Philadelphia- and Toronto-based international trust companies as to software application; designed and implemented software solutions to resolve issues; and responded to direct client inquiries and implemented immediate and long-term solutions.
