WHAT I DO: My prime role is to ensure NEXUM Software continues commercial growth, hits targets, maintains profit levels and builds cash reserves; a business of real substance. NEXUM Software injects Artificial Intelligence into business processes managing billing, payments, customer behaviour and financial risk. I help define strategic direction for our business, working with our client’s senior management teams, handling complex project, legal and commercial activities.CURRENT ACTIVITIES• Business Compliance and Credit/Risk Management• Cyber Security, ISO27001, Hosting and Disaster Recovery. • Commercial Law (Technology contracts, Service Level Agreements, Data Protection (GDPR) )• Thought leadership in improving cash-flow and profit margins through process change• Accounts Receivable, Credit Collections, Cash-flow/ Payment technologies & solutions• Public SpeakingMY EXPERIENCE: I co-founded NEXUM over 15 years ago having previously built and managed a software company from UK to international growth resulting in the sale of that business to a US NASDAQ Technology Company. Building a profitable business, that has expanded year-on-year is one of the most rewarding experiences I have had. I am a tech lover with a passion for business.
