I am of the rare breed that can do well in just about anything I try. If you show me how to do something, I can take that information further and can function beyond expectations in a short amount of time.I am a degreed engineer in both civil and electrical engineering. I also have a master's degree in engineering management. I spent 10 plus years in product development, software development, product management, product testing and configuration management.As a teacher and tutor I used a vast set of job skills to educate students. Customer service and project management are daily functions of the classroom teacher.I have a Class A CDL and have driven buses and truck-trailer combinations, mostly tankers.I have worked for many years as an amateur sound engineer for various organizations. I learned to operate new equipment, evaluate and purchase equipment, and was especially talented at troubleshooting system problems.As a child I watched and helped my dad manage and maintain the property next door which he and my mom owned and rented out. I have managed, in partnership with my wife, rental properties for over 20 years. We recently added a vacation rental property to our portfolio and have turned it into a great success.I have been a sports official in baseball, softball and volleyball for most of my life. I love to play with my little Boston Terrier, Galena. I am a cancer survivor, former MENSA member, and a half-marathon finisher.
