Generated sales of $5 Million to date.• Architected and implemented data Archive as a Service which generated sales of $1.4 Million to date• Implement tools which monitor capacity and performance of components in the infrastructure to insure ample resources and capacity are available for new and existing clients.• Support sales team by meeting with potential customers to articulate our technical or portfolio offering. Contribute and approve technical solutions of RFP responses.• Assist Marketing team at trade shows and other technical events as technical subject matter expert for our portfolio offering. • Prepare business, technical, and financial analysis of technology road maps.

Awarded company’s Technology Innovaton of the Year award in 2008.

• Led a geographically dispersed team of storage, backup, network, and business continuity professionals. Responsible for determining the requirements, identifying the appropriate solution, and implementing the storage and data protection needs to insure the client’s applications and data were available at or above stringent service level agreements.• With Sales team, respond to and present new customer’s RFPs with competitive and innovative offerings. • Evaluate various technology solutions emerging in the industry. Draft and assess RFPs, SOWs, and conduct vendor negotiations. Provide industry direction updates to Senior leadership.• Meet with various client stakeholders to review active and upcoming projects, prepare and present client scorecards, and negotiate & review Sevice Level Agreement to insure client satisfaction.• Core Team member responsible for identifying and implementing technology practices to allow for attaining ISO 20000 certification.

Led a team of technology professionals and managers, responsible for the following aspects of Information Technology:• Managed technology operations in several locations. Met with business executives (Vice Presidents & AVP’s) to review technology opportunities to improve operations and insure productivity.• Managed multiple computer operation centers for business critical applications on various platforms. Monitored and supported voice and data networks including voice recognition systems. Responsible for data center consolidation and build out of new data center.• Responsible for two helpdesks which provided internal clients technical and application support. Implemented and utilized ITIL best practices for Incident, Problem, and Change Management.• Accountable for desktop support including the delivery of application upgrades and security patches. • Responsible for the security administration for all production applications and network. Insure all applications and operational processes are in compliance with Sarbanes Oxley regulatory guidelines.• Led application support team for production apps. Utilizeded Cobit best practices. Leveraged offshore team to provide expanded core hour support, allowing increased system availability without increasing steady state costs.
