I am currently undertaking a PhD focused on exploring how employee entrepreneurship can be harnessed through improved management practice. My wider research interests include entrepreneurship, corporate entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship, leadership, talent management, the psychological contract, resourcing and innovative/sustainable working practices. Prior to undertaking my PhD I gained over 6 years experience in recruitment spanning executive search, contingency, and internal recruitment across the private and public sectors within the UK and Australia. I also spent 2 years working within HR teams at two charities.I am an Associate Member of the CIPD and have delivered over 150 executive search assignments ranging in salary from £50k to in excess of £150k across the public, private, and third sectors, including Chief Executive, Chair, and Non-Executive Director positions.
