I have been a teacher, coach and administrator, CEO of a billion dollar business and CEO of a multi-million dollar national nonprofit. I have served as chairman of a foundation that recognizes and prepares effective educators. Served on for-profit and nonprofit boards, including my local school board and my state board of education.I am an empathetic leader, innovative problem solver and a collaborative builder. I am values and mission driven, entrepreneurial and champion healthy and caring cultures that embrace excellence and are results-driven. I cultivate great places to work, learn, lead and flourish.
