Member of the international team that developed the company Corporate Ethics Policy and Program. Led three successful international employee survey's with 95% participation rate. Developed Employee Focus Groups to address areas of improvement suggested in the employee surveys which resulted in key improvements in employee relations. Developed HR Metrics to measure the strategic value of the workforce. Member of the International HR Task Force Group.

I was responsible for all HR functions supporting multi-site operations of 7 facilities and 2100 employees in three states. Pillowtex was a manufacturer of textile and home fashion products. Three of the facilities were unionized. While working at Pillowtex, I managed the company's successful UNITE labor union contract negotiations for three facilities. I directed the implementation of a 360 appraisal system. My team launched a Peer Review Program for all facilities. I guided the restructuring of the safety and worker's compensation program resulting in a savings of more than $ 300,000 in the first year.

I established this Human Resources consulting business which initially focused on providing guidance to corporations on performance optimization, organizational leadership, best practices, safety program development, and recruiting. The business transitioned into mostly providing management recruiting solutions to clients.
