CSM - Caravan Ingredients, a US based OpCo within the CSM BSNA Division. Led the successful implementation of seven multi-company, multi-year, large ERP projects. Collaborated with all levels and departments of multiple organizations. Managed the performance and costs of multiple external consulting groups and outsource service providers. Directed and managed a diverse and talented internal team of 28 professionals consisting of business process analysts, application developers, and technical service personnel. Successfully scaled the IT department services from a few entry level back office applications to a fully integrated suite of information systems as a Director of IT of a growth organization.
