• Draft and prepare legal documentation primarily regarding to patent and trademark matters. Write legal articles. • Explain procedural issues of law. Calculate legal deadlines and filed documents as required. • Translate or review the patent specifications, patent/trademark applications and related documentations, and business letters, etc.• Overseas business travels and attend international conferences.• Give presentations to foreign clients.• Manage and Trained new hires.

• Legal research, fact gathering and information retrieval.• Manage Pro bono cases and the bid for Government project.• Performe clerical and administrative duties as needed. Managed regulatory research/knowledge database

• Involve with a team to produce graduate project , write scripts and copy of demo videos for a picture book that focus on teenagers’ issue and designed through digital interaction.• Display on Taiwan Young Designers’ Exhibition.
