• Lead Asia Pacific credit team to provide optimized credit solutions and collection support to China, SEA, South Korea and Japan 8 entities scoping both LZA & LZM business. Reduce regional DSO from 48 days to 46.5 days as of 2017.• Network with corporate and other regional credit teams to align regional AR procedures and guidelines• Perform global credit review for AP dominated accounts and review ongoing and periodic credit reviews performed by credit specialists• Review and make blocked order release decisions independently• Dive-into business and provide insights on payment, dispute and risk mitigation solutions• Consolidate monthly AR performance reports and coordinate & oversee regional bad debt reserve procedures with commercial and legal team.• Lead ad-hoc projects and ensure compliance for credit related parameters

• Lead China credit team to take over credit management related responsibilities for Federal Mogul China HQ, 7 local Chinese plants and SEA entities.• Coordinate overall China order to cash process, consolidate AR performance and past due reporting.• Lead bi-weekly past due review meetings with BU head to present AR performance, develop collection action plans or improvement solutions targeting at continuously reducing past dues.• Assist in treasury operations and provide sufficient fund to corporate business growth through interfaces/liaison with both foreign and local banks on corporate loans and other financial instruments/loans as forfeiting, capital lease etc. Provide in-time cash flow forecast and loan summary.• Build up in-depth knowledge and understanding towards corporate financing risk as banks’ customer.• Prepare corporate financial data and summary report to apply for bank facilities based on loan requirement covering key financial data & ratio, top AR/AP customers, liquidity and credit facility in competitive banks etc.• Maintain a good relationship with the sales team, tax, legal consultant and shareholders related with good communication and other soft skills.

Senior Credit Analyst:• Perform daily credit operation in accordance with credit guidelines/ procedures.• Conduct site visits to new customers to obtain information to facilitate credit evaluation and to resolve credit issues.• Assess necessity and adequacy of security offered by customer, including appropriate security safekeeping, maintenance and renewal.• Work with Sales and Collections Specialists to monitor payment performance and follow up on overdue collections.• Steward credit performance through monitoring and preparation of credit performance reports.• Provide training courses to the sales on credit related financial guidelines & policies and present regularly in regional sales meetings.

FP&A Analyst:• Inventory analyst: Cover inventory evaluation and analysis . Focus on inventory process continuous improvement.• GL analyst: Deal with monthly closing, Tax adjustment, PwC audit accounts etc. Perform B/S, P/L accounts reasonable, trend analysis. • P&B & Stewardship coordinator: As part of Global Stewardship team, coordinate CAS annual P&B process, prepare and submit annual planning & budgeting reports/spreadsheets.
