Country Lead - China, Oecd Centre For Responsible Business Conduct
Current• Deliver strategic sustainability expertise to on social and environmental issues in line with international standards on corporate responsibility and supply chains due diligence, i.e. the OECD Guidelines for MNEs on Responsible Business Conduct.• Incorporate policy and technical perspectives into national/international sustainability regulations in collaboration with Adhering and non-Adhering countries, business networks, trade unions and civil societies globally. • Build & reinforce strategic partnership with governments, businesses and stakeholders, advising SDGs-dedicated policy making and industry due diligence standards, particularly in China; monitor and evaluate alignment, coherence and impact throughout global supply chains. • Steer intellectual & technical leadership, develop proposals and spearhead fundraising to advance cross-cutting priorities (e.g. supply chains resilience, green transition, infrastructure, trade and investment), also in view of OECD contribution to global governance architecture. • Manage programmes promoting responsible supply chains in country and at regional level, ensure high value-for-money and timely research, outreach, advocacy and capacity building activities. Manage multi-disciplinary project teams of OECD staff and external experts based in Europe and Asia.
