Hi my name is JingYu Wu, you can also call me Aaron. I am a very hard worker and attention to detailed individual. I have graduated from the University of Hawaii at Manoa for more than a year now and have gained a lot of outside experience in the hospitality industry, specifically in Food and Beverage Services. Throughout my 7+ years of experience in customer service, I learned a lot of new skills that have allowed me to understand more about customers and their personalities and how to best attend to their needs and wants. In addition, I was able to meet new people and grow my connections as I was given the opportunity to work in different areas of customer service. I am looking to branch out into more customer-facing opportunities in different Field. I am willing to take up any challenges and new skills that I could build up if given the chance to work in different industries.
