In this role, I manage Porsche's entire product portfolio in Australia (currently 718, 911, Macan, Cayenne, Taycan and Panamera) including vehicle-related services (Porsche Connect). Supporting me are 2 x direct reports - a Product & Pricing Analyst and a Product Intern.The key areas that I oversee on a day-to-day basis are:● Product, pricing and specification strategy and positioning● Product management for current and future portfolio ● Strategic long-range product and volume planning● Market, competitor and price monitoring and analysis● Management reporting● Vehicle and equipment homologation and certificationIn addition to being a part of the Marketing Department, I collaborate extremely closely with the following functions at Porsche: Sales Operations, Planning and Production, Public Relations (I have had Media Training), Business Development and Training.Since I was promoted to the role, some of the notable achievements are listed below and in the Media section:● My strategic projects have helped the brand average YoY growth of over 10% in retails up to 2023● Achieved 2 x consecutive record years in volume and profit (2022, 2023) and on track for a 3rd (2024)● Porsche Connect activation rates above 91% consistently since 2022 (previous years' average = 87%)

Key Achievements in role: ● Conceptualise and developed a key day-to-day internal Ordering Guide to seamlessly facilitate the Sales department in the stock ordering process● Provided crucial support to the Product team and taking ownership of certain projects, thus allowing the Product Managers to successfully refocus their efforts in repositioning their portfolios, contributing to >20% volume growth in 2016● Involved in the successful roll-out of the Mobile Customiser project to BMW dealerships across Australia and established myself as the primary product data manager for internal and external stakeholders● Being a part of the Drive Team for the successful 2015 BMW 7 Series and X1 Dealer Launch in the Gold Coast, QLD, and subsequently spearheaded the drive program for the 2016 KKL+ mid-size Luxury Sedan Dealer Refocus campaign

Seed Training Group is a start-up Training and Development Firm specialising in providing comprehensive business and technical training. My role was to build the company from the ground up and oversaw daily operations comprising of two divisions of 14 employees in total.Key Achievements in role:• Spearheaded the growth of the company from its initial development phase, to product launch, through to a recent expansion to 14 employees in the first six months (Jul 2014 – Feb 2015) • Increased revenue of the company by a rate of approximately 35% every month by introducing client-retention procedures leading to a 1:3 ratio of new clients being referred.

Key Achievements in role:• Employed as a Sales and Marketing Consultant in June 2012 before being promoted to a Senior Consultant role within one year due to outstanding sales performances. Again promoted to coordinate a Marketing team after six months due to demonstrated leadership qualities. • Achieved the 'Most Improved Person of the Year Award' in recognition for professional development and positive attitude in 2012 and winning a total of 12 'Weekly Outstanding Achievement Awards' and six 'Monthly Outstanding Achievement Awards' within two years.
