Local marketing with focus on branding of 550 sales points, cooperation on the strategy of point of sales generation next.

Managing cross-functional projects in transformation of distribution networks, merging Generali and Česká pojišťovna.Main responsibility for new regional structure, performance management for SME, branches and retail agents.

Designing and developing performance management for all distribution channels (Internal network, Banks, MLM, Brokers).Responsibility for architecture of remuneration schemes and career system for Internal distribution.Managing end to end planning process for all distribution channels.Responsibility for budget (CZK 3 bln.) commission budget, project budget and sales support.

Responsibility for launching performance management in CEE including setting KPI for board members in 12 countries.Pension Fund Generali in Moscow (12/2008 - 5/2009) - responsibility for finance department, audit preparation, financial plan, cooperation on asset management strategy and business reporting.

Design and implementation of on-line products MTPL, Casco and property insurance.Responsibility for cross functional project team, budget of the project and timing.

Responsibility for cost planning process for IT department, budget in volume CZK 1.5 bn.Cooperation with GARTNER on cost optimization project.
