Since mid-2022, I have been responsible for project management in the area of delivery and development of a new backend system for the bank's Output Management. This project aimed to separate functionalities from the existing monolithic solution, involving the preparation and approval of the target architecture, supplier selection, and bid management. The project was successfully completed at the end of 2023 and delivered the new MOS system, which significantly improved the performance of the bank's backend systems. After selecting the supplier, my responsibilities included activities such as adapting the vendor team to the banking environment and SDLC, overseeing analysis and development, and conducting functional and performance tests. A critical part of the implementation was the migration of both live and historical data within the bank's processes.Prior to this, I led infrastructure projects at ČSOB, including a complete upgrade of the bank's API and DevPortal infrastructure and managing the infrastructure part of the upgrade for ČSOB's public websites. In early 2022, I took over a program focused on strengthening the infrastructure for Smartbanking. The aim of this program was to optimize the backend infrastructure to ensure the efficient operation of Smartbanking for the desired number of clients. As part of this project, I oversaw the creation of new DB LPARs, database migration, network infrastructure optimization, and the establishment of new cloud farms, as well as the migration of bank backends to these new farms.

Since September 2013, I've been wearing another hat alongside my corporate roles: co-founder of Elinet Services. Based in Prague, Czech Republic, this venture started as a collaboration between friends with a common mission. We focus on delivering IT solutions and home security services tailored for small businesses and family residences.Our journey took an exciting turn in 2022 when we expanded our services to include complete photovoltaic system installations for family homes. It's an endeavor that brings together technology, sustainability, and community impact, and it's something I'm incredibly proud of.

At Raiffeisenbank a.s., I was responsible for managing two internal banking development teams. The first team focused on the development and support of back-office applications, primarily using the .NET platform and PL/SQL. The second team specialized in the development and support of a completely in-house developed Core banking system, mainly utilizing PL/SQL and Java for the backend, and Delphi for the front-end. In total, both teams consisted of over 40 colleagues.My primary task was to stabilize the teams and ensure that development deliveries aligned with the bank's release calendar. One of my main achievements during my tenure was changing the perspective on the Core Banking system, transforming it into a strategic platform for the bank. This platform will serve as the integration point for various other banking systems within the organization.

For innogy SE, I was involved in the Retail IT Strategy and Architecture project. The company planned a complete IT transformation across the entire group. At the onset of this transformation, it was essential for the top IT leadership to align on a vision and prepare a framework plan. My role was to provide project support for organizing these discussions, which took place in London and Solihull over a span of four months.

From August 2016 to January 2017, I took on a challenging role at innogy SE as the project manager for the initial phase of the i-Client workplace transformation, based on Windows 10. Located in the Essen Area of Germany, this was no small task. The aim was clear but ambitious: swiftly replace the existing Windows desktop environment with a new one built on Windows 10.Though I consider this project to be one of my setbacks, it offered me invaluable learning experiences. The challenge lay in aligning the internal RWE GmbH teams with international leadership and the vendor, a feat that unfortunately wasn't achieved during my tenure. As a result, I was replaced by another project manager at the end of the year. However, the lessons learned have been instrumental in shaping my approach to teamwork and vendor management going forward.

During my time at RWE IT GmbH from December 2014 to February 2016, I was at the heart of a game-changing initiative: rolling out ServiceNow across the entire company. The Czech branch was selected for this critical task, thanks to a successful previous implementation. As one of the key project managers, I had my hands full but in the best way possible. I led the efforts in streamlining our Incident and Problem Management processes and seamlessly integrating ServiceNow with RWE's internal systems. The project spanned over a year and stands as one of my proudest career milestones.

Project management of the Enterprise Content Management implementing of the IBM company system for processes and documents of mail rooms, file service and controlled documentation for all the companies of the ČEZ Group. At the end of 2010 I was appointed the Project manager of this project with the task to ensure successful project finishing without raising financial means together with preserving desired functionality.
