As a Data Architect Developer at East Kent Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, I worked in the Information Team, utilising expertise in artificial intelligence, data science, and analytics. I researched and developed a strategy white paper for implementing a Hadoop big data environment, balancing business and technical perspectives. My data science project focused on predicting patient appointment attendance rates to reduce appointment waitlists, and optimising its accuracy. This received high praise from senior management. I also created ETL processes, managed databases, and assisted with API development. My experience in SQL, data engineering, C#, and Python allowed me to expand my capabilities and contribute to a data-driven, socially impactful organisation.

As a Machine Learning Researcher Intern at Storybrain, I focused on feature extraction from e-commerce data, enhancing the product development trajectory. I applied machine learning algorithms and heuristic data filtering to optimise data extraction, prioritising meta-data and reducing redundant segments. I developed intuitive APIs for efficient querying and extraction, and actively engaged with the team to refine the product development process. My experience at Storybrain allowed me to develop skills in web scraping, data extraction, machine learning, and natural language processing, enabling me to adapt to the ever-evolving AI-centric product start-up.

At Tata Elxsi, I worked on two major automotive software projects: an electronic power steering platform software for a Tier-1 USA OEM and an electric auxiliary power distribution system software for a Tier-1 Japanese OEM. My role involved designing modules, identifying gaps, and bridging software development processes. My forward-thinking and adherence to standards significantly improved the projects for clients. In the electronic power steering platform software, I designed complex device driver layers using Simulink and Matlab, ensuring compliance with standards and requirements traceability. In the electric auxiliary power distribution box project, I researched and developed requirements, Matlab models, and test plans, sharing knowledge with new team members.

At KPIT, I gained cross-functional experience in automotive software development life cycles, including requirement gathering, C and Matlab development, unit testing, and low voltage integration testing. I worked on On-Board Charger software for Hybrid and Electric Vehicles for a Tier-1 Chinese OEM. I improved the quality and reliability of onboard charger software, demonstrated leadership, and mentored new team members. I proactively created presentation decks for customer demonstrations and collaborated with IT admin teams to address infrastructure and tool-related challenges. My contributions were recognised with the KROWN U-Rock award, Trainer's Choice Award, and competency development training on Battery Management Systems.
