 Responsible for overall Security of 05 plants. (Warehouses, material management and Logistics). Liaising with government agencies & institutions for circulating and compiling the required information. Surprise audit and raids based on advance information on violation of code of conduct and corruption. Post incident inducting robust corrective and preventive measures. Collect the information well in advance from open and close sources, and use the intelligence by creating a good vigilance team. Investigating cases; collecting intelligence & carrying out verification of the information, prevention / detection of crime. Ensuring prompt and timely filing of FIR’s and resolution of theft case. Creating a file of Modus operandi. Assessment of Security Risk and threat. Prepare the Mitigation plan along with the management. Responsible for the overall coordination of the organization's response to a crisis, in an effective, timely manner. Conduct mock drills to check the effectiveness and alertness of Security members. Establishing whistle blower program to encourage fraud reporting to arrest corruption. Educating employees, vendors and partner, the best practices to prevent corruption & provide training to adhere code of conduct.
