Business Requirements: Lead and improve the business requirement discovery process with the help of detailed logical and conceptual process diagram, ensuring complete requirement emulation of Business Expectation, Goal,Task, Features and functions .(SOW, Wire frame, FRD, FDD).Stakeholder Management:- Identification of stakeholder, and keep communication with the stakeholders on different project stages on project expectations and needs.Delivery Plan:- Preparation of Project plan along with Activity Listing(Functional/Non Functional), Resources and Responsibilities allocation , and turn around time mapping for activities. Plan for the delivery of all project elements to specified time, budget and quality. Project Executions:- Work with team to design a solution that best meets the client requirement. Lead the hands on building of the solution leveraging the solution core capabilities. Lead and manage team on testing to ensure the solutions performs as per expectations.Monitoring and Control:-Communicate progress and expectation, escalate problems to Project leader for awareness and resolution. Participate in status meeting with project leaders and execute the contingency plans in project plan deviations. Budgeting & Project Handover :- Create a budgeted estimate for the Projects/Change Requests deliverable with client consent, and payment release along with sales team/account team. Participate in Project Closure Activities/Master service agreement creation over project migrations from development to support.

Stakeholder Management:-Work as an integral part of client organisation, and driving stakeholder satisfaction among different vertical ranging from Business to IT teams in sales automation and sales operations hygiene. Maintain communication & transparency regarding business solutions.Business Analyst:-Scoping and defining business requirements and creating BRD. Creating and maintaining the functional specification document (Use cases and Interactive wireframes). Create the acceptance criteria for business requirementProject Execution:- Regular progress updates to Project Manager on project activities, participate in design related activities, knowledge transfer to technical team, prepare module test cases and review cases to ensure appropriate coverage of requirements.Change Management:-Actively participate in activities from change requirement ideation to the client approvals. Prepare a wire frame to tech team, monitor and control the change, change release and communications.Training & content development:- Prepare customer specific application/functional training content and conduct customer knowledge sharing sessions.

Implementation Planning :- Define implementation requisite activities, and plan for the turn around time and resource requirement/allocations.Implementation Monitoring:- Maintain all project plans, ensure compliance to time frame and collaborate with stakeholders for implementation process. Administer daily implementation process and provide technical support to all associates.Implementer Training:- Evaluate all processes and provide implementation training to the teams and establish all client configuration requirements. Provide appropriate training to clients and ensure efficient implementation of all system.

EMR/RF Radiation Testing :- Conduct the EMF test, asses the EMF levels by Narda Selective Radiation Meter (SRM) to record the power density, and plan to remediate the electromagnetic field exposures. Collecting Information on electromagnetic fields and radio frequency(RF) radiation from field teams and assess for RF regulatory limit adherence.Regulatory Compliance :- Liaise up with Government regulatory authority for radiations guidelines and generation of compliance certificate. Carry out field surveys under surveillance of regulatory authority and maintaining compliance guidelines.Performance Monitoring:-Deciding on formulating certain set of KPI to ensure the execution of requisite and deliverables. Carry out GIS tagging of BTS sites with respect to competition & population density on MapInfo tool.

Maintenance / Troubleshooting: Planning and effecting predictive & preventive maintenance schedules for various equipment to increase machine up time & equipment reliability. Implementing maintenance schedules and carrying out periodic checks to ensure performance of various equipment and maintaining requisite documents for the same.Installation & Commissioning: Designing plant layout, making drawing, approving them and carrying out inspection tests for determining the effectiveness of the plant/equipment. Planning & effectuating maintenance schedules for equipment. Customer Support: Ensuring speedy resolution of queries & grievances to maximise client satisfaction levels. Assessing the customer feedback, evaluating areas of improvements & providing critical feedback on improvements.
