Management representative To maintain the quality systems in the organization Representing the management during certification and surveillance audits Internal audit Plan, schedule and coordinating internal audit follow up action on closure Preparing Management Review Meeting Schedule and conducting Management Review Meetings Assess the level of adherence to the established quality management system across the organization and communicate to top management ( management review meeting) Clause wise analysis of System NCR and observation Monitoring of departmental Quality objective Customer Handling Providing support to site team in Erection & Commissioning of WTG. Reporting of field NCR & preparation of CAPA Process Enhancement Implementing various techniques for Process & Quality improvement I.e NCR analysis, CAPA on rejection of components using 8D methodology. - Maintaining calibration schedule of measuring instruments.
