• Daily giving updates to the customer as well as HOD regarding the project• Develop new erection contractors & alternate resources for erection activities• To handle the grievances and day to day concerns of the Contractors and if required act as mediator between the Contractors and Management.• Check quality of erected wind turbine generators• To manage all erection related activities, like material shifting, crane shifting, man power utilization.• Prepare Daily Progress Report and reporting to regional manager north zone• Monitoring norms of erection as per Organization standards• To check quality of various WTGs parts• Erection,Logistics and Road Survey

• To ensure the availability of resources and its optimum utilization.• Develop & implement operation cycle,time cycle for various product ranges.• To prepare the system related documents.• To take stock of WIP at different stages and ensure PO confirmations on time.• To participate in TPM/Continual Improvement projects/initiatives.• Develop new erection contractors & alternate resources for erection activities• Direct interaction with customer• Attending the telephonic and net meeting with the customer• Daily giving updates to the customer as well as HOD regarding the project• Preparing a Documents for any presentation or any quires• To handle the grievances and day to day concerns of the Contractors and if required act as mediator between the Contractors and Management.• Coordinate with different departments for seamless operations.

Handling ISO related activity throughout organization Handling tower internal assembly work for GE, Inox. Dy. Management representative To maintain the quality systems in the organization Representing the management during certification and surveillance audits Internal audit Plan, schedule and coordinating internal audit follow up action on closure Preparing Management Review Meeting Schedule and conducting Management Review Meetings Assess the level of adherence to the established quality management system across the organization and communicate to top management ( management review meeting) Clause wise analysis of System NCR and observation Monitoring of departmental Quality objective Customer Handling Providing support to site team in Erection & Commissioning of WTG. Reporting of field NCR & preparation of CAPA Process Enhancement Implementing various techniques for Process & Quality improvement I.e NCR analysis, CAPA on rejection of components using 8D methodology. - Maintaining calibration schedule of measuring instruments.
