 Negotiating with Trade Union/ Workers representative for conducting ‘Long Term Settlement’ Distribute quality welfare items to employee on time, Address employee grievance with respect to welfare items, and coordinate with other departments to resolve any grievances at shop floor.  Establish a framework for effective grievance management; monitor and evaluate the grievances form plant, formulate plans along with Plant-HR, tracking and reporting of grievances on monthly basis. Increasing participation & involvement of workmen employees to enhance leadership qualities in workmen representative, increase productivity & improve discipline Monitor and ensure compliance of operation with laws, Regulations, policies, Plans and procedures as per various laws and statutes applicable.  Monitor and control workforce absenteeism and attrition in the Plant.  Enforcing general discipline in the Factory in accordance with standing orders of the company. To attend labour litigations arising out of termination, suspension, superannuation, reinstatement, dismissal due to improper conduct and disciplinary matters. To attend inquiries and investigations carried out against the employee as the representative of the management or in the capacity of the Inquiry Officer. Conducted regular audits to monitor compliance & reporting of compliances to HO on monthly / quarterly/Annual basis.  Managed the outsourced service provider for Legal Compliance Coordinated with senior officer pending legal cases of the unit. Ensure that all contractors are complying to all statutory payments; establish a predictive mechanism for contractor compliance management.  Provide immediate support and advice in events of crisis at plant. Supervision role in Payroll and Contractual Management.  Implemented TPM edge, E&T checklist for employee skill building.
