• Responsible for monitor and maintenance (corrective, preventive, predictive) of plant HVAC equipment including Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRF system, Ventilation system etc. in comply with the Site Safety and GMP procedures.
• Responsible for developing budgets and long-range plans based on company growth and future automation and control areas maintenance needs.
• Manage and lead contractor, vendors and service providers to perform maintenance or project works.
• Apply technical knowledge in understanding engineering design, technology, quality and safety standards, procurement rules and contract management.
• Develop SOPs/procedures necessary to manage and perform related maintenance activities.
