Preparing HVAC systems for the project including air-conditioning and ventilation (for Indian and overseas local Conditions). Conceptualizing HVAC schemes for pharma project application complying with ASHRAE, ISHRAE, IGBC, NBC, FDA, GMP Guidelines, PICS, etc.; aligning with various geo-climatic contexts and vital designs. Has competency to prepare design basis for functional requirements, HVAC load design and engineering, pressure zoning, area classification as per product requirements, humidification and de-humidification systems, detailed engineering and drawings, equipment selection, etc. Designing clean rooms with modular partition panels, pass box, conditioned air supply and return ducts, room risers, Filtration systems including HEPA, etc. Develops HVAC scheme and designs coordinating with other engineering disciplines including architectural requirements. Able to prepare tenders for equipment supply and erection, High and Low side HVAC systems, Clean rooms. Bills of Quantities, Techno-Commercial evaluations, etc. Involved for preparing and reviewed documentation including DQ, PQ, IQ, etc.

• Develop maintenance schedule and plans, along with the Engineering Planer and maintenance team , for HVAC in plant for preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure efficient working of HVAC system.• Responsible for monitor and maintenance (corrective, preventive, predictive) of plant HVAC equipment including Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRF system, Ventilation system etc. in comply with the Site Safety and GMP procedures.• Responsible for developing budgets and long-range plans based on company growth and future automation and control areas maintenance needs.• Manage and lead contractor, vendors and service providers to perform maintenance or project works.• Apply technical knowledge in understanding engineering design, technology, quality and safety standards, procurement rules and contract management.• Develop SOPs/procedures necessary to manage and perform related maintenance activities.• Lead continuous improvement efforts/ projects such as cost savings and quality improvement which includes but not limited to the following steps: feasibility, budget proposal, procurement, commissioning, validation and testing.• Manage and lead contractor, vendors and service providers to perform maintenance or project works.• Apply technical knowledge in understanding engineering design, technology, quality and safety standards, procurement rules and contract management.

• Design concept report preparation on the basis of user data, summarizing requirements and proposed scheme.• HVAC design calculation like Heat load, Moisture load, ventilation calculation,etc.• Clean Room/Pharmaceutical HVAC Solution with GMP norms• Pressure Zoning, Air In-Ex filtration (Air Balancing)• Pipe sizing, Duct sizing and auxiliaries.• Design of chilled water system for process cooling.• Equipment selection as per desired load and requirement. Chillers, VRFs, Dx, AHUs, FCUs, ECUs, Cooling tower, Chilled water pumps. HEPA selection, Riser Selection, Clean room Partition.  Heat exchanger and compressors.• Preparation of Tender Document, BOQ, Technical specifications & comparative.• Ensuring proper drafting of HVAC system and interference check with other services.• Approval of actual detail drawings and data submitted by vendors for ensuring quality of project.
