InfinStor develops and markets two products - InfinSupport and InfinStor MLflow.InfinSupport is a Generative AI powered tool for self help support of Enterprise IT infrastructure. InfinSupport is built using our own LLMops platform - InfinStor MLflow.If you have Data and AI pipelines or other complex Cloud Applications, InfinSupport provides a chat based interface for self help, Support and SRE staff. Applications in InfinSupport include Diagnostic Chat, Alerts, Generative AI Summarization, AI Search and Bug Pinpointer.InfinStor MLflow is open source MLflow enhanced with Enterprise features such as Authentication, Authorization, Scalability and Availability. We add python based AI compute capability using Concurrent for MLflow. The finished stack is the most powerful MLops/LLMops platform in the industry.- Developed AI Chatbot for Log Diagnostics using AWS Bedrock and OpenAI.- Architected and Developed a structured LLM flow for narrowing down the user’s intent.- Used QLoRA techniques to fine-tune LLama2 for log summarization in the InfinSupport product.- Architected and Developed industries first completely server less enterprise scale MLFlow and Concurrent Service.- Proved scalability from 10 to 1500 concurrent data scientists- Demonstrated scalability of concurrent AI processing engine to thousands of Kubernetes pods.Worked with major enterprise customers to understand their requirements for their AI platform and implemented it in InfinSupport and Infinstor MLFlow products.As a co-founder and CTO, played a key role in raising seed capital.Hired, mentored and managed a team of 17 engineers. Built a fully functional UI development, Backend development and QA automation teams. Drove the technical vision and strategy for the company.

Following the merger of Hortonworks and Cloudera, I consolidated the storage teams in Hortonworks and Cloudera. Achieved optimal team size by dealing with redundancies.Served as release manager for the complex first merged product called CDP. Coordinated multi-geo team of over 300 people and made the release on time.Managed Storage Platform teams including HDFS and Ozone across multiple timezones.Led the architecture of Ozone for the team of 25 engineers. Evangelized Ozone to multiple Fortune 100 companies and initiated proof of concept engagements at selected customers.

Developed Apache Ozone project which is an S3 like object store for Hadoop ecosystem, to overcome scale and small file issues of HDFS. Managed Ozone, HDFS and HBase teams at Hortonworks.- In recognition of my leadership role and deep technical knowledge of HDFS and Hive, I was promoted to Director of Engineering and given the responsibility to develop next generation of HDFS.- Conceived Apache Ozone project which is an S3 like object store for the Hadoop ecosystem and overcomes HDFS’s small file problems.- Hired and built the ozone project team from scratch. Provided mentorship and architecture guidance for the Ozone team.- Demonstrated extreme customer centric engineering leadership by solving problems for dozens of Fortune 500 customers. HDFS was a core product used by every Hortonworks customer.

Worked on Hadoop high availability in order to meet the requirements of commercial customers.- Being part of founding team, was involved in multiple different products-- Achieved 10x speedup in Hive execution time by architecting and developing a brand new vectorized execution engine for Apache Hive. Optimized storage layer for the vector execution.-- Architected and developed first Ambari system for Hadoop deployment. Worked with customers for requirements and adoption.

- I work on Hadoop File System development at Yahoo. Hadoop is an open source distributed file system and map-reduce framework. - Built data warehousing system for multiple Yahoo products.- Worked on Yahoo's Advertisement platform, filed multiple patents.

Developed Ads Targeting system at Yahoo that used Neural Networks to identify user interests based on user activity on Yahoo websites. Built the ads targeting team in India.

Developed protocols for mobile networks.
