Yogacharya. Meditator. Mentor. This is how I would introduce myself.I am a certified yogacharya with my training and certification coming from the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre and the Morarji Desai Institute of yoga.With professional experience across the country conducting Yoga discourse and camps with industry leaders like Coca Cola and United Colors of Benneton, my passion is to push the boundaries of conventional yoga practice. Areas of my teaching program spread across Hatha yoga, power yoga, Pranayama, guided meditation, Nada yoga, Ashtanga yoga and the and recitation of Sanskrit shlokas.More recent endeavours include working with holistic fitness centers where I presided over the yoga curriculum and conducted daily sessions across formats along with guiding the next generation of yogacharyas on the nuances of building a career in yoga in its simplest and most effective form.I am a trained  yoga therapist with training from the Vivekananda Yoga Anusandhana Samasthana (sVYASA ,Bengaluru) enabling me to tailor wellness solutions for specific conditions.In the current  landscape, I offer individual and group yoga courses over social media where I can work on individual custom programs as well as small focused groups and help structure your yoga journey.You can reach me on WhatsApp ( +91 88606 88501 ) , instagram handle (@jiten_drarao).
