Being a development professional with have academic background-Masters in Management, I have more 10 years of total experience and since 2012, I am working in PPP model.Since 2012, I am working in JSSK, 108 Emergency, 181 women help line for GVK EMRI Organisation in PPP model (Project under the supervision of NHM)Presently Working Rural Mobile Medical Unit for Jay Ambye Emergency Services CG (Project under the Supervision of NHM).My previous working National Mobile Medical Unit for KHG Health Services UP (Project under the Supervision of NHM). I have authentic expertise of large team operation like JSSK,108 Emergency,Carpet Sector,MMU( Hospitals based Clinic Van, etc. I have practical experience in project planning, implementing of project interventions, budgeting, report writing, documentation,Transportation, Route Planning, supervision, monitoring & evaluation, linkage negotiation, coordination, facilitating meeting, seminar, workshops and campaign etc; I have sound knowledge on develop concept note, project proposal, skills in resource mobilization, training curriculum, modules to facilitate capacity building for implementing staffs, staff, media and local communities and skills on project cycle and result based management; I worked actively to develop sustainable relationships with various development actors,DM/ CMO/ DPM/MOIC/ ASHA in project implementation; I have sound knowledge on good governance, social development issues and clear concept on local government structure;  I am a person with positive mind, constructive attitude, showing openness to change and have excellent ability to manage complexities and results oriented approach to work; I am fully familiar with MS Offices-Ms Word, Ms excel, power point & Internet browsing;
