 Worked as an engineer in PPC department direct reporting to Manager. Prepare monthly production plan , coordination and execution of production schedules based on plant capacity, customer requirements and inventory levels. Material planning as per schedules based on MRP. Conducting daily review with PPC & store team to monitor smooth functioning of plant. Regular co-ordination with store and logistics team for receiving material.  Inventory management including to adhere the availability of the material as per the Production Plan. Local material requirement planning and coordination with local suppliers for timely arrival of material. Monitoring shortages of material as per monthly schedules & daily plan. MRP run on weekly basis involved in inventory control quarterly stock take. Run MPS and PP module on weekly basis.
