Work on line speed (525 M/Min), Bruckner 5 layer width 8.7 meter with manufacturing grades like, Tape grade, Bag grade, Heat sealableGrade,MZ grade, White Film, Pearlized Film, Special JPF Film, Print lamination, Thermal plain, Thermal Mate & Mate grade).* Works on SCADA, Product change over, Micron change over, Trouble shooting and Graph analysis. * Knowledge of Line start & stop, Raw material, EREMA, LLF filter, Cleaning and Maintenance works. * Working on MS Excel, Prepare Daily production report.* Works related to suitable modification of machine and operation, which may lead to improvement productivity, quality and to reduce the cost of production.* Motivate & solve the daily routine problems of our subordinates.* Co-ordination with the servicing department to reduce maintenance down time.* Maintain process parameter according to product requirement.

Monitoring all the inspections related BOPP 10 micron to 55 micron tape textile and print lamination grade films, close monitoring on slit rolls for their quality, Inspections such as, Tensile Strength, Haze, Gloss, Avg GSM, Co-efficient of friction, sealing strength, shrinkage, MFI etc..
