Work on line speed (525 M/Min), Bruckner 5 layer width 8.7 meter with manufacturing grades like, Tape grade, Bag grade, Heat sealableGrade,MZ grade, White Film, Pearlized Film, Special JPF Film, Print lamination, Thermal plain, Thermal Mate & Mate grade).* Works on SCADA, Product change over, Micron change over, Trouble shooting and Graph analysis. * Knowledge of Line start & stop, Raw material, EREMA, LLF filter, Cleaning and Maintenance works. * Working on MS Excel, Prepare Daily production report.* Works related to suitable modification of machine and operation, which may lead to improvement productivity, quality and to reduce the cost of production.* Motivate & solve the daily routine problems of our subordinates.* Co-ordination with the servicing department to reduce maintenance down time.* Maintain process parameter according to product requirement.
