For around 15 years, I have been a Business Analyst delivering quality analysis to enable multi-service projects, transformation projects and ERP product development. I have worked across business domains such as Retail, Supply Chain, Media & Publishing, Dairy, Local Government and Tertiary Education where I learned, analyzed and enhanced the value-stream business processes. Through my work, I always aim to add value for my clients/ stakeholders thereby enabling them to achieve their goals. In my work, I have performed roles such as Change Manager, High Level Solution Designer, Test Analyst, Project Coordinator, Product Owner where I got to interact with various project stakeholders and vendors to deliver project/ build outcomes. I believe in keeping healthy and long lasting working relationships with the stakeholders and thus strive towards gaining their trust through my work and commitments.Over the years, I have participated in simple process changes to complex transformation projects thereby learning various facets of Requirement Gathering techniques, SDLC methodologies and ITSM processes in an enterprise environments. Along with that, I have significant hands-on experience in Web Based custom applications, Oracle APEX based reporting and workflow applications and complex SAP modules. With a willingness to learn and the experience gained in my various roles, I have been a go-to person for solving complex project problems where I have added value towards business.
