- Recruited potential applicants for academy manager and teacher positions- Carried out 'long-teacher'observations- Provided feedback to teachers- Supported Academy Manager for community engagement- Led sessions with parents to increase parental participation at the Academy- Supervise and mentor Academy Managers to ensure that financial, operational and instructional goals are met, Community engagement, government relation.- Teacher training, recruiting new teachers, developing support plan for teachers and academy managers- Initiated and led a student leadership project in four academies, The One Rupee Idea, which successfully increased the level of confidence among students and improved their academic performance in school

Role and Responsibilities:Overall development of 35 kids studying in a low income private school by providing them with excellent education which includes their progress in academic achievement, values and mindset and access and exposureAchievements:- Students showed leadership quality by leading the classroom, PTM, school assembly and community development project- Academic growth in RC – class average from -0.3 to 1.3- I organized a Teacher Training program to impact non-TFI classrooms in which 25 teachers participated- Invested the school trustees and the principal to organize a cultural festival for the city – Khwahish, ek Koshish – to bring the kids a step forward in understanding what “Dreams” really mean and make them aware of their abilities that can be harnessed to achieve the same.- Started English and Value classes for parents to teach parents to increase parents investment- Organized Food Photo Walk as a member of One Team Committee- Organized different city events like city conference, EOY Summit, Udaan, Parvarish and led the farewell for 2014 fellows.- Initiated and working on the BTCP (BEST) on developing Entrepreneurial Spirits in the kids by focusing on various skills and mindsets in and after school space- Conducted dance workshops in different schools

- Trained over 200 teachers and 50 principals impacting over 3000 students for Maths, English and Community mobilization- Transformed three schools in terms of academics, exposure and community investment- Organised street plays to spread awareness about child marriage, child labor and menstruation
