• Responsible for identifying prospects through Market Research, Generate Leads and identify opportunities.• Mapping of Companies in assigned territories such as US, UK and European markets.• Design innovative sales plans to generate new, repeat and referral business.• Build trust, Ensure Long-term relationships with key decision makers• Communicate with Key Decision makers in an organization (CEO, CTO, VP Engineering, IT manager etc.) to enquire their testing needs and brief the expertise of ZenQ.• Serve as an escalation point for Technical team and prospects.• To schedule online meetings with prospects, deliver presentations & discuss business needs.• Gather requirements and specifications from prospects, submit detailed proposal and collateral.• Strategic approach for generating leads and sales strategy developmentcoordinating with the Practice teams to ensure the smooth functioning of the sales process• Work closely with technical team to develop proposals and respond to RFI's for prospects• Assist the COE leads in the day-to-day functioning of the team.• Innovate new Sales & Marketing ideas to exceed the desired business goals.
