 Mechanical Engineer responsible for all HVAC system installations. The two tower building is served by 5 air cooled chillers, 4 FAHUs, 1 AHU, 847 FCUs, multiple fans and an ecology unit. All the ducting and chilled water system installations were successfully executed within in the limited time frame for the fast-track project. The flushing activity of the chilled water system under progress Responsible for the fire fighting installations of the building completed successfully including the pump room, sprinkler and hydrant systems, FM 200 systems, foam system and preaction systems.

Site Engineer Responsible for all MEP construction activities. Has worked on all Air side and Water side HVAC installations and has coordinated Fire fighting installations with Subcontractor. Proficient in HVAC Load calculations (Career HAP) and ESP calculations. Sole responsible engineer for the aircraft docking Gate Houses mockup installation. Type E(single aircraft) and Type F(multiple aircrafts) gate houses mockup installations which included: Underground chilled water lines installations which are 100% RT tested and HDPE jacketed. Underground HDPE ducts installation for Pre-cooled air supplied to the air-craft. Installation of Ducting, chilled water piping, coordination with main contractor for builders work amendments, ceiling clearance’s after QC snagging and De-snagging, providing the as-built drawings to the design team for in-cooperating the changes required and to be followed for future typical construction. Responsible for the HVAC ducting installations of Pier 2, 3 and 4. P&D Systems site execution supervision which included external underground drainage systems, lifting stations, water supply piping, and various tank installations. Assisting in preparation and revisions of Technical Submittals and method statements. Planning and procurement of materials at site as per approved submittals and drawings, complying local authority requirements. Review of approved drawings and ensure that they properly followed in site construction. Providing as built drawings to design department as per variations in site. Taking consultant’s approval on as built drawings. Ensuring the quality execution of project activities and assisting QA/QC team in work inspections.
