I am currently working as a Postdoctoral Researcher in the department of Immunology, Genetics and Pathology, Uppsala University. My work involves analyzing the whole genome, exome sequencing, RNA sequencing by using R and Python, to compare diagnosed and relapse acute myeloid leukemia specimens, the following bioinformatics analysis and functional immune-oncology studies.

I worked as a Postdoc in Unit of Lung and Airway Research in Institute of Environmental Medicine, Karolinska Institutet.I have more than 8 years’ lab work experience including basic laboratory techniques, molecular biology techniques and cellular immunology techniques, such as Regular cell line culture and transfection, primary cell isolation and culture, dissection and tissue and blood sample collection, cell proliferation, migration and apoptosis assays, Immunohistochemistry, Immunofluorescence, confocal microscopes performing, Flow Cytometry and Data, qPCR, CHIP, Luciferase, DNA cloning, RNA interference, Protein expression and purification, Western blotting, Co-Immunoprecipitation, ELISA, Luminex, Mouse models for in vivo experiments. I was experienced in running my own projects, including proposing hypothesis, designing, operating experiments, analyzing data, presenting results and writing manuscript. I have independent grant writing experience. I have risk assessments writing experience. I am good at documenting my research and keeping all papers in order.

In the Unit Immunology and Chronic Disease, my study aim to develop new immunological treatments counteracting unwanted inflammation in autoimmune diseases. Especially investigate the immune regulatory role of IgM antibodies against phosphorylcholine in atherosclerosis and systemic lupus erythematosus.My work also involved regular contact with nurses and physicians at Karolinska sjukhuset and Södersjukhuset for collection of patient material which I am responsible for, operating the following experiments based on their project and presenting the results.
