Offering Technical Assistance (TA) and project management services that enhance female financial inclusion.2022: Project manager at Fintech Spoon money, a micro lending and savings platform targeting informal female business owners in South Africa. Deliverables: Grant funding proposal, Theory of Change and impact framework. In addition, led the execution of a debt transaction in South Africa for FMO. 2020/21/22: Nasira TA Officer, a EC funded program executed by FMO that promotes inclusive growth focusing on migrant-, women- and young- entrepreneurs. Tasks include identification, design, procurement and M&E of Nasira TA projects for Financial Institutions (FIs) in Africa and MENA region that complement the Nasira Risk Sharing facility. 2019: Project manager of a 4-day female leadership training for the MFI Small Enterprise Foundation inSouth Africa. The training prepared 18 female micro entrepreneurs for their new leadership roles in their client business community.

The platform aims to build a network of migrant and refugee women to enhance their economic independence and integration in South Africa. Refer to https://scalabrini.org.za Responsibilities:* Portfolio management of >100 female entrepreneurs, by providing financial support, skills training, business plan development and mentorship, with the aim to create sustainable livelihoods.* Development and execution of an annual business development program for craft women. * Development of business viability assessment and monitoring tools for female owned businesses under the UNHCR small business rescue grant.* Management of an annual business grant program.* Curriculum development and facilitation of business- and leadership trainings. * Coaching of female entrepreneurs to enhance their financial sustainability.
