As a Hospital Liaison in Palm Beach County, I introduce families of newborns to early childhood intervention programs provided by Palm Beach County Children Service Council (a local government agency). Previously participated in two committees for HomeSafe including: Quality Assurance Committee and Employee Appreciation Committee. My training in this position has included the following: Infant Mental Health, Brain Development of Children, Brazelton Touchpoints, Child Abuse and Neglect, Cultural Bias, Racial Equity Training, Motivational Interviewing, and Creative and Critical thinking.

As a Victim's Advocate with AVDA, I provided direct services to survivors of domestic violence and their children. Providing direct services includes the following: offering crisis intervention, safety planning, supportive counseling, advocacy, and referrals to individuals admitted to the residential facility. Aside from this, I provided crisis intervention to callers on our 24-Hour Domestic Abuse Hotline. In additional, meeting the needs of maintaining the health and safety of the residential campus.

Design main flyers, event presentations, newsletters, and video testimonial from non- profit recipients, managed social media accounts via Hootsuite, hosted Thanksgiving turkey give-away on social media, and interviewed volunteer.

Worked with Photoshop to create Facebook quizzes for political and special interest groups, uploaded weekly blog posts for newsletters, and brainstormed ideas and content for news articles

Created and distributed price tags to South Florida’s City Furniture locations, organized distributional materials for retail stores, audited City Furniture’s distributors’ websites

Plan Aftercare activities for classroom of children ages 6-7 including; Distrubute Games and Activities; Create and maintain a Safe Environment; Management Classroom Behavior; Comply to School District Policy; Assist in direct care to child with disabilities.
