In this full-time co-op, I deepen my knowledge of text analysis techniques, including natural language processing and large language models to extract meaningful insights from data. I also improve my proficiency in SQL and other industry-specific tools to manage and analyze large datasets effectively.

The goal of the research is to identify how CA3 PV inhibitory activity facilitates goal learning by controlling optogenetic feedback control. I code in Python to simulate the experiments with model spiking neural networks in mice with Alzheimer's Disease.

In this research, I use Natural Language Processing and drive AI to identify certain trends in large data sets and accelerate the drug repurposing progress. I work as a leader to control the quality of the curation by reviewing the annotations made by curators. I also help with the training process of the new curators with the annotation interface.

Through this project, I used T-cell manufacturing to maximize less-differentiated T cells which have shown to result in durable treatment responses in hematological cancers including multiple myeloma. I performed statistical, qualitative, and quantitative analyses on the data of T-cell proliferation.

In this project, I use MRI to study the effect of stroke. The goal is to study the impact of stroke on global brain health and the process of brain repair using neuroimaging techniques. I code in Python and MATLAB to develop novel neuroimaging techniques.

Through this internship, I created a network traffic portal in Splunk which combined traffic statistics, syslog, topology, and netflow to track real time traffic flows in the network.
