About Jiwon Yang

Hi, I am a Creator, a Problem Solver and a User Centered DesignerI’m passionate about improving people’s lives through thoughtful, user-centered design. My journey began in Korea and brought me to the U.S. in 2012 to study product design at ArtCenter College of Design. After starting my career in physical product design, especially in the baby products industry, I transitioned to digital design with a focus on creating intuitive, user-friendly digital experiences.I honed my skills through a UX design course at Career Foundry and have since freelanced on web design projects for small organizations. My diverse background in product and digital design allows me to approach problems from multiple angles, always with the user’s needs at the forefront.Currently based in sunny Orange County, I enjoy surfing, cooking, and spending quality time with my loved ones.
