Unidine Corporation is a sector of Compass Group and a leader in providing food services to the B&I, Healthcare and Senior Living industries. Developed and led all marketing functions at over 250 accounts in Eastern United States. Primary functions focused on developing and executing strategies to drive revenues and guest satisfaction; enhancing the overall merchandising and look of accounts; planning and implementing exciting customer engagement activities; and served as primary marketing lead for all new account openings in territory. Developed consistency in all accounts by implementing marketing standards, including daily, weekly and restaurant menus and signage, numerous targeted communication mediums, and division specific company programs.

Produce Marketing Association is a global trade organization connecting companies from every segment of the global fresh produce and floral supply chain to expand business opportunities and increase sales and consumption. My responsibilities include leading marketing operations team in the creation of all marketing communication executions to help increase participation of events, programs and membership as well as developing improved workflows to improve efficiencies and meeting deadlines.

Conducted complete assessment of marketing organization and organic sales driving efforts for a regional contract food service company in their higher education division. This included reviewing marketing programs and initiatives, marketing organization structure, and financial performance as well as conducting account visitations, phone interviews and online surveys. Authored comprehensive report and presented short and long term recommendations to senior leadership.

Chartwells is one sector of Compass Group North America. Compass Group is the largest food service contractor in the world. My responsibilities included developing and implementing the direction of marketing within the Mid-Atlantic Region, a total of over 45 contracts in eight different states as well as working with the on site management team at individual accounts to identify and capitalize on new opportunities to grow same store sales and enhance customer satisfaction, managing and directing eighteen marketing managers, and serving as a key contributor in new business and retention efforts.

Aramark Corporation is a leader in contracted food and support services for Colleges and Universities as well as many other industries across the United States and worldwide. My responsibilities included managing the marketing of food service to increase revenues and profitability at numerous colleges and universities in the Mid-Atlantic states.

Maxwell Systems is a producer and distributor of accounting software for the construction industries. My responsibilities included organizing and managing the company’s national trade show and conference, designing and implementing new marketing collateral and datasheets, interviewing customers to create client success stories, and developing and managing the marketing budget.

My responsibilities included analyzing the market size and market potential as well as developing new marketing communication strategies that characterized the scope and direction for the company.

MG Industries is an industrial, medical, and specialty gas manufacturer and distributor. My responsibilities included analyzing the market potential of new business opportunities and developing ways to increase sales by developing new pricing programs and marketing strategies for their retail stores.
