I am a leader that builds teams to work in small increments, that treat each other with respect, and are simply honest.Of course formally, I am an engineering executive with experience as a strategic member of business unit executive teams. Being a practical innovator with the ability to develop effective strategies to deliver orderly and profitable workforce change. My personality tend toward establishing rapport and credibility with executives as well as diverse groups ranging from external customers to engineering teams. My technical background is in the area real-time safety-related control systems. As a leader, I have moved to working with operational systems that allow people maximize their talents. This has led me to expand my role as a leader of software development teams using the agile methodologies that leverage my experience in lean manufacturing and six sigma problem solving techniques.
