Provide executive leadership and direction to McKesson’s financial shared services with responsibility of 1,400+ associates, including Accounting, FP&A, Accounts Receivable, Credit & Collections, Accounts Payable, Contract Pricing & Chargeback Administration, Incentive Rebates, Master Data, Six Sigma, Program Management, and A.I. & Robotic Process Automation. Responsible for processing ~600 million complex financial transactions (annually) in an efficient and accurate manner. Responsible for P&L results associated with reverse distribution process and customer returns programs. Responsible for accuracy of cash disbursements and receipts forecast (~$20B per month). Partner with Business Process Outsourcing firm to leverage global process and technology capabilities to simplify and standardize complex business operations. Align the organization, re-engineer process and deploy technology to achieve best in class performance across finance operations. Direct operations to minimize risk and manage compliance and provide quality customer service to multiple businesses, external customers and manufacturer partners. Establish strategic objectives, policies and performance targets for operations in order to deliver operational excellence. Architect cross-functional business strategies to drive operational effectiveness by partnering with senior executive management, sales and field operations and corporate management. Oversee the development and implementation of key metrics and business scorecards to measure and assess the performance of the financial shared service center operation. Interface with external customers on operational issues and opportunities, while leading the development and execution of strategies that help customers achieve financial and operational goals. Develop and initiate talent management strategies to ensure operation can meet the organization’s short and long term business needs.

Oversee an organization of 250 employees and $20 million annual operating expense budget. Directly responsible for the accurate administration of customer contract pricing and timely collection of $70 billion in manufacturer Rebates/Chargebacks. Regularly interacted with senior executives, manufacturers and customers on matters concerning contract administration, pricing integrity, working capital management, supply agreement negotiations and strategic alignment of contract administration capabilities with overall company objectives. Developed strategic plans and set aggressive goals for incorporating technology into daily operations to increase profit margins, improve return on committed capital and reduce operating expenses.Responsible for strategic data analytics generating $~100 million in AOP annually.
