Responsible for the benefits administration for a staff of 150+ employees which includes health insurance, life, disability, 401K, and FSA which includes new hire registration, open enrollmentResponsible for new hire orientation, training, and retention for all positions in the companyResponsible for the management of Performance Reviews and Evaluation.

Responsibilities include but not limited to employee relations, benefits, payroll Specialist, database management, ensuring compliance of all legal and government reporting and policies for 8 locationsServe as the point of contact for all personnel employee matters and provide guidance to associatesEnsure compliance and consistency of company policies.

Provide day-to-day human resource support to associates Respond to associates questions related to Human Resources policies and procedures, benefits or other concerns in a timely mannerAssist in recruiting activities for open positions by attending job fairsConduct HR related training to leaders and associates including New Hire OrientationComplete all.

Answer incoming new case calls and route them to appropriate legal teamsOperate switchboardSort and distribute all incoming mail and faxes to the appropriate legal teamsLog all incoming checks, print check log journals, and distribute to the Accounts Receivable departmentOrder and restock all employee suppliesPrepare new case binders for attorneys
