-led rapid prototyping and fielding activities for 12 different programs of record under the $700+ million Army defensive cyberspace operations portfolio; streamlined prototype testing and accelerated acquisition of mature capabilities-influenced Department of Defense and Army policy which led to the adoption of Army cyberspace capability as the foundation for the Joint Cyber Warfighting Architecture and strategic doctrine that will shape cyberspace operations for decades-selected 1 out of 180 cyber professionals to attend a fellowship program and mentor senior leaders from across the globe on the impact of cyberspace to national security strategy and the implications at the national and international level-led the integration of defensive cyberspace operations capabilities with existing network operations platforms leading to a cost savings of millions of dollars in duplicative spending through unifying technologies across Government agencies

-spearheaded the development of newly designed cyberspace operations infrastructure through the creation of a research and development team that leveraged assets and technical experts from adjacent organizations and industry-conducted a first-ever test of the Army’s deployable cyberspace operations infrastructure demonstrating how the Army platform could operate in austere environments and increase the security posture of isolated organizations-fielded over $10 million in hardware and software to 19 deployable cyber protection teams and conducted training for over 300 cyber professionals operating in cyberspace on and off the Department of Defense Information Network-led an operational planning team of 20 cyber professionals to engineer, build, and test the Army’s first defensive cyberspace operations tool suite to augment existing technologies and pave the way for a unified global capability
