At my time with Aj Blosenski, I learned an immense amount about how a business is ran. At first all I did was work, but after awhile my manager started expected me to run the rest of the crew when he was not around. Since he was always doing other things, I ended up running a team of 5-15, with an efficient system to speed up the washing process. I developed a quicker way to washer their vehicles that would save them a couple minutes per truck. My time there taught me numerous of things but the biggest was probably the communication between upper and lower level employees
