Product Design Manager
Current• Manage and prioritize all initiatives on the Product Design team, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes.• Support initiatives by ensuring adherence to the design system and providing thoughtful solutions to user problems.• Engage with cross-functional teams to establish guidelines for the Product Design team's involvement in all initiatives.• Enhance design operations by organizing Figma files, focusing on segmentation, naming conventions, prototype storage, and management of WIP designs.• Maintain processes and documentation for the team, including initiative one sheets and design tools/frameworks used by Product Designers.• Foster strong communication between Product Design, Product Management, and Engineering leadership to ensure alignment and collaboration.
