- Lead P&L of International Business Unit: Economics, Business Development and Operations for both activities of the company: HR Consulting Projects & Executive Search.- Lead and manage the delivery of international Strategy Consulting Projects (focused on large Organizational Projects) and Executive Search (focused on IT, Energy, Financial Services and Transport and Logistics) - Manage a direct team of 6 Consultants.

- Due Diligence of Business Operating Models and Organizational Structures during M&A and Transformation Projects to define Target Operating Model (TOM): new organizational chart, new operating model (processes, methodologies, roles, functions, technologies, ...), inefficiencies detect, improvement opportunities, ... - Complete diagnose of Talent Structure and analysis of the best practices and Processes of HR Areas (Recruitment, Training and Development, Organization, C&B, Payroll …) to identify possible areas of operational inefficiency and pain points of the HR function to later define concrete plans to solve them: C&B plans aligned with the market; Create specific retention plans by profiles; development of new career plans for newly created and high demand positions (eg. IT Roles).- Operating Model Design: analysis and redefinition of all global processes with an Employee-Centric approach (collaboration in the definition of People and Journeys) to ensure the pillars of the Workday implementation with a scope of more 10,000 employees and 16 countries. Also collaboration with Change Management team in the deployment of the communication strategy throughout the project and the development of specific actions based on the potential impacts detected (Roles, Structure, Methodology, ...) to ensure correct adoption by the employees.

- Definition of new organizational structures after M&A processes or Restructuring: Due diligences of the personnel costs; define the new organizational structured needed for the company aligned with the new business context or new activities.- Talent Optimization projects after M&A process or Restructuring: Full audit of internal talent, culture, and leadership dynamics to identify possible gaps with the new strategy or new activity of the company; evaluation of high-performance employees to identify potential successors or migrations to new lines of business; define new skills and knowledge needed for the new activity or context of the company (benchmark, definition of job positions).- Manage the delivery of national and international Executive Search Projects (focused on IT, Energy, Financial Services and Transport and Logistics).
