- Responsible to develop infrastructure/Telephony upgrades and being involve between Crowley Central America/US offices and providers for IT and business projects.
- Able to obtain SLA's with providers, stakeholders and project owner using ITIL guidelines according to get a better negotiation and parameters.
- Perform system administrative tasks on Windows, providing support and guidelines between programmers and final users related with internal applications issues in special for Logistics and Liner groups inside Crowley.
