The Global Infusion Group (GIG) is an international hospitality company branching over a multitude of areas, from a small corporate event to music tours and festivals. I worked for a specialist division of Global Infusion Group (GIG), Eat to the Beat (ETTB). While freelancing for ETTB, I completed an eight-week European tour with Slipknot, covering twelve countries and eighteen cities. I also had the opportunity to work a two-week E-sports World Championship in Madrid, as well as, many other great events such as the O2 London ATP Tennis Tournament and The 2019 NATO Summit. I was also scheduled to work the Tokyo Olympic Games (2020) which unfortunately due to COVID-19 was cancelled. This position offered me the ability to travel and work within a small team whilst, playing an important part in operating inside a much larger team in an incredibly fast-paced environment and catering to our clients' needs down to the very finest detail.

Beginning as a bar team member, I was then promoted to Duty Manager within 10 months. In this role, I not only managed my peers but motivated them too. This position offered me the opportunity to oversee multiple bars, and typically lead over 30 staff members and well over 1200 customers walking through the door each night. Not shying away from responsibility, I lead staff training, aided in recruitment as well as, organising shift placements and rotas.
