The Data Integration lead oversee dozens of projects for Health Data Archiver. They work heavily in a strong team environment where communication is fluid to handle the variance of problems they face. As the first escalation point for their team, they handle the more complex issues of each project. The Data Integration Lead is responsible for coordinating the flow of data from source system to final product. Health Data Archiver is where the majority of the projects end up, but we also handle migrations. The project's system types range from primary Acute and Ambulatory EHRs to Financial Management Systems. The Data Integration Lead also assists with recruiting and training efforts. They travel to college career fairs to share their experience to prospective employees and are crucial to the on-boarding process. The Data Integration Lead spends hundreds of hours with each trainee to work through a rigorous training curriculum to ensure accuracy and consistency in our fast paced environment.

I work in the role of Database Analyst on Health Data Archiving projects. In this role, I come across a wide variety of technology and get to face new and exciting challenges on almost every project. Some examples of day to day tasks are data mining, conversion of mass image files, and server resource management. Data migration strategy is crucial to my role as well. I work closely with and understand the project management cycle which allows me to evaluate my projects from all angles. It is very difficult to write a description of this position because of the incredible amount of different skills needed to solve the wide variety of problems that the data presents to us. The most useful skill I have gained from this position is the ability to understand a problem at its core and learn and/or execute the required skills to solve said problem.

As a Associate Support Analyst, I was responsible for resolving cases sent in by our employees and clients dealing with issues relating to their fund-raising events. There was a wide range of issues I came across on a daily basis touching a vast variety of technologies. I provided support for the aforementioned technologies as well as enforce corporate policies to the on-site staff in order to ensure a smooth, successful, and profitable event for our client.
