• Manage Global Sourcing team in USA, Korea, and China.• Responsible for researching and presenting new COO opportunities for diversification of the global supply chain.• Negotiate prices with all domestic and international vendors.• Offer product guidance on sock construction to Merchandise and Design teams to achieve brand margin goals.• Manage relationships with all outsourced vendors in 15 countries including Cambodia, China, Columbia, Costa Rica, India, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands, Pakistan, South Korea, Turkey, United Kingdom, and Vietnam.• Monitor development load for all outsourced vendors.• Verify and monitor true vendor capacity by needle count, cylinder size, and pattern capability.• Initiate and monitor margin improvement opportunities.• Coordinate supply chain consolidation to ensure the use of optimal vendors for price, quality, and delivery.• Maintain product quality without allowing currency and raw material fluctuations to increase product cost.• Review and sign off on all contract price margin sheets prior to presentation to Marketing and Sales.• Review and sign off on vendor selection for all new developments.• Responsibly for COO long range planning changes based on labor cost, social compliance, logistics, and FTA’s.

• Receive development request sheets from Design/Merchandising to determine best vendor to meet quality, price, and delivery required.• Follow up with vendor’s ability to knit construction requested, use yarns requested, and meet target price.• Negotiate final price with vendor based on pack size and estimated volume. • Submit Cost for approval to CFO as either line item on Brand cost analysis form or by program if style is a part of a total assortment for customer.• Receive, negotiate, and report impact of all vendor cost increase/decrease directly to COO and CFO.• Continuously work to improve COG by resourcing existing styles with new vendors who are able to achieve better price while maintaining quality and delivery.

• Responsible for four Product Development Coordinators as direct reports.• Cost analysis for all development projects.• Work with Design/Merchandising and Sourcing to achieve style cost goals and give technical advice on how to change sock construction and yarns used.• Responsible point person for Costa Rica and Africa Finishing operation started in August 2005.o Determine styles to send.o Analysis of cost savings generated.o Manage relationship with finishing factory.o Negotiate cost with Factory.• Count Courses, Size Layout, Check NAHM Fit, and verification of yarns.• Send comments to vendor or internal manufacturing to correct samples.• Responsible for seasonal private label and brand development Projects.
