I was offered a position as the financial leader supporting our company’s newly developed IT Outsourcing offering. In this role I developed the business segment’s financial reporting, pricing, and controlling standards. We grew this service from $3M in revenue in the first year to a business segment with over $100M in annual revenue. I subsequently took a role as a Senior Director/Controller for our company’s Professional Services segment responsible for project controlling and financial controlling of the segment. I later accepted an operational role leading healthcare project management and solution delivery. In this position I managed a team of project managers and was responsible for the successful delivery of solutions in hospitals and clinics across the western US.I enjoy working directly with clients and cross functional teams.
